Paul Lawrie Praises KGC

Paul Lawrie, who is sponsored by golf clothing brand Glenmuir, has revealed he has been forced to practice inside as a result of recent poor weather.
Glenmuir-sponsored Paul Lawrie is constantly practising, even if it means heading inside to hit some balls.
Writing in his blog, the 1999 Open Championship winner explained that he has taken to training indoors due to the recent miserable weather up in Scotland instead of sporting his golf waterproofs and battling against the elements.
He went on to add: "I stopped at Kingsfield on the way home to see Stephen Gallacher and to meet with the owner, Robert. They have done a really good job there with some fantastic facilities."
Kingsfield Golf Centre was established in 1995 and today offers a short game area, nine-hole course, golf putting, target golf, a driving range and professional on-site golf tuition.
It is situated in West Lothian and was developed when the Arkley family decided to embark on an ambitious farm diversification project, using close to eight acres for the site where the now "fantastic facilities" stand.
Thanks to Glenmuir.
