Get On Your Bike
It was a pleasure to have the opportunity to discuss possible Tourism and Climate Challenge Opportunities with The Chair of Visit West Lothian, Councillor Martyn Day at the recent Springfield Bike Event.
Martyn is also the West Lothian Councillor for Transport so he was very interested in the New Mountain Bike opportunities that we have recently created at Kingsfield Golf Centre.
To encourage more people to utilise the greener option of transportation - cycling - KGC have agreed with Alan Brown of Linlithgow Climate Challenge to offer an incentive to Cyclists to cycle to our Golf Centre by providing 50% Discount for a game of Putting on our Ochils FAMILY Putting Green.
It was great to discuss this offer and many other exciting opportunities with Martyn and Alan, and I am sure this will be the first of many new opportunities that we will try to offer at Kingsfield in the future.
So, the idea is to GET ON YOUR BIKE ........and cycle to Kingsfield Golf Centre......pass it own to your Colleagues, especially with the School Holidays and Summer vacations upon us in July.
